Welcome! This FAQ is a FAQ/Walkthrough for Final Doom. If you have any
questions, if I make a mistake, or if I forgot something, email me at
peachfreak90@hotmail.com. Once questions are asked, I will make an Asked
Questions section. And since this FAQ is huge, use CTRL + F and type in the
level/enemy/item/weapon/etc and press Enter, and it should bring it down to
you.

An alternate way of contacting me for help is to IM me at SonicDOOMmario if you
have AIM. My list is open, so feel free to IM me. But if you IM me just to
annoy me about stupid and pointless stuff or to get on my nerves, you'll be
blocked.

1. Asked Questions
==================

If there are any (good) questions brought up to me (either by instant messaging
or emailing me), I will put them here if I can come up with an answer to it.

Question: I installed the Doom Collector's Edition, and it's great. I am
getting sound effects, but no music at all. How do I fix this? I am running on
Windows XP Professional.

Answer: If you get sound effects but no music, it is most likely your audio
settings used to play back MIDI files. Some settings will not play back MIDI
format files. To change this, do this:

1. Click Start and then open up the control panel.
2. On the control panel, open up the "Sounds and Multimedia" program.
3. On the window that is opened, there are three tabs at the top. Click the
audio tab.
4. There will be "Sound Playback", "Sound Recording" and "MIDI Playback". Set
"MIDI playback" to "Microsoft GS Wavetable SW Synth". Now, this is your
computer's default device for playing back sound files.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Question: I cannot create demos in Doom95. When it loads, it closes saying the
demo was recorded. How can I fix this?

Answer: Whenever you get Doom95, you will need a file called "doomlnch.dll" to
run Doom95. This is the reason why you can't create demos under Doom95. Here is
a link to the updated version:

http://www.classicdoom.com/dm95fix.zip

Unzip doomlnch.dll and put it in your Doom95 folder, replacing your older file.
If you right click the file and go to properties, the date modified should be
"Wednesday, April 22, 1998". If so, then you got the updated version. If not,
download the link above.

Now you should be able to create demos without a problem. To do this, open
Doom95, click the Advanced Tab, click the Demo Tab, and then you'll see "Record
Demo". Check this box, make a name for the demo, put maximum file size at
999KB, and hit ok. Now run Doom95 and you should be good to go creating demos.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Question: Man, this game is so hard to find. Where can I buy this game?

Answer: Yeah, this game was pretty hard to find in the past. But now, odds are
pretty high you can find Doom Collector's Edition at Wal-Mart for only $10,
which includes Ultimate Doom, Doom II, and Final Doom. If you're new to playing
Doom or haven't played this game in a long time, then this game is such as
awesome purchase. Go out and get it, because I don't know if they will stop
selling this game at Wal-Mart or not.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Question: How come my mouse will not work under Doom95?

Answer: In Doom95, there can be many reasons for your mouse not working. First,
you must download the Doom95 mouse driver located at
http://www.classicdoom.com/dmouse.zip

Then you must put it into the folder you have Doom95 in. The next requirement
for having the mouse work is that this only works for Windows 95 and 98. It
will not work with Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Rule number 3 is that you must
have your mouse plugged into a PS/2 port, NOT A USB PORT. Otherwise this won't
work.

If you have downloaded that and you meet all of the requirements, open up
Doom95, click the configuration button. Now on this window, click on the mouse
tab. If "Enable Mouse Support" is not checked, check it now. Now hit "Apply
Now" on the top of the screen (be sure the sensitivity for your mouse is above
0 while doing this), run Doom95, and hopefully your mouse will work now. Doing
this made my mouse work when I had Windows 98, but now I am upgraded to Windows
2000, and it doesn't work now.

2. Enemies
==========

Note that the enemy's first appearance is on the skill level "Ultra Violence"

Zombiemen: One of your most basic, standard, most weakest enemies in the game.
They are small soldiers who used to be former marines of your own kind. They
fire small pistol bullets at you for attacking. You can use pretty much any
weapon to get rid of them. In TNT, they are first found in Level 1: System
Control. Surprisingly in Plutonia, you don't see these until Level 7:
Caughtyard.

Shotgun Guys: Just like the Zombiemen, except these are slightly stronger and
better with their weapons. They carry around Shotguns and fire at you to
attack. These Shotguns can do a lot of damage at you, especially on high skill
levels. To get rid of Shotgun Guys, use any weapon to get rid of them, as they
are still pretty weak. In TNT, these are first found in Level 1: System
Control. In Plutonia, these are first found in Level 1: Congo.

Heavy Weapon Dudes: Even worse than a Zombieman and Shotgun Guy combined. These
people carry around Chainguns and they fire it at you when they attack. If you
just stand in front of them and do nothing, their Chaingun will wear you down
very fast. Any weapon but the Pistol can knock them out in one hit, so don't
hesitate to use one of those weapons. These are very common in the game,
especially on harder skill levels. In TNT, these are first found in Level 1:
System Control, and on Plutonia, Level 1: Congo.

Imp: About the size of a Shotgun Guy. Imps are small, brown monsters who walk
around on two feet. To attack you, they shoot out a fireball at far distances.
But if you are up close, they will scratch you. Their attacks are pretty weak,
so don't worry. Use any weapon but the Pistol or Fist (unless you have a
Berserk), and they should be taken down in one hit. Found in plenty of the
levels during the game. In TNT, these are first found in Level 1: System
Control. In Plutonia, they are first found in Level 1: Congo.

Demon: One of the first actual "Demons" you will see in the game. They are pink
"bulls" who run around on two legs. On harder skill levels, their bite, which
is their only way of attacking, can hurt really badly. To kill these enemies,
stay at a far distance and use pretty much any weapon. If you are up close, a
Chaingun or a Chainsaw can take them down easily, and they shouldn't be able to
attack either. In TNT, these are first found in Level 1: System Control, and in
Plutonia, they are first found in Level 2: Well of Souls.

Spectre: Almost the same exact thing as a Demon. Instead, Spectres are nearly
invisible, as they are gray and blurry, but you can still see them easily, but
watch out in dark areas. They bite at you for attacking, and it can hurt badly
on harder skill levels. To get rid of them easily, use any weapon and if you
are up close, use a Chaingun or a Chainsaw to take them down in no time, and
they shouldn't be able to attack either. In TNT, these are first found in Level
2: Human BBQ, and in Plutonia, they are first found in Level 2: Well of Souls.

Lost Soul: Probably the most annoying enemy at the game. You'll know them when
you see them. Fine, I'll tell you. They are small enemies that are on fire and
they also fly around in the air. Most of the time they appear in groups, and
they will come out of the mouth of a Pain Elemental. They attack you by backing
up and then charging right at you, which can be annoying, especially when you
are up close to them. To get rid of them, use anything but a Pistol, Fist, or
Chainsaw and they will go down quickly. In TNT, these are first found in Level
2: Human BBQ, and Level 2: Well of Souls in Plutonia.

Cacodemon: A really popular enemy, it seems. Just like the Lost Souls, these
enemies fly around in the air. They are big, red, have one eye, and a big
mouth. They have two methods of attacking you. They can open their mouth up and
shoot a fireball at you, and theirs is pretty strong. Their other attack is
when you are up close, they can bit at you, which can hurt a LOT. The best
weapons to use against them are the Chaingun and Chainsaw, and if you use
those, they won't have a chance to attack you. In TNT, these are first found in
Level 2: Human BBQ and in Plutonia, they are first found in Level 1: Congo.

Hell Knight: A big step up from all of the other enemies. Like pretty much most
other enemy, they walk on two legs, and have two methods of attacking you. They
are tall and have a light color on their body as well. They can shoot a green
fireball at you to attack, or if you're up close, they will scratch you. Either
attack can hurt a LOT on hard skill levels. To get rid of them, 3 rockets from
a Rocket Launcher or 3 Shells from a Super Shotgun can get rid of them easily.
But a Plasma Gun and BFG are effective as well. In TNT, these are first found
in Level 2: Human BBQ, and in Plutonia, Level 2: Well of Souls.

Baron of Hell: Just when you thought the Hell Knights were bad enough. To find
the difference between the Hell Knight and a Baron of Hell, Barons of Hell have
a slightly darker body (they have dark pink, while Hell Knights have a bright
color). Just like the Hell Knight, their two methods of attacking are using a
fireball and scratching you up close, but these hurt a LOT more than the Hell
Knights. They are also tougher, so they won't go down easy. Use a Rocket
Launcher, Plasma Gun, or BFG to take them down, otherwise be prepared for a
long fight. In TNT, these are first found in Level 2: Human BBQ and Level 2:
Well of Souls in Plutonia.

Arachnotron: Well, there's always something new to look forward to. Has your
fear for spiders increased now? These are spiders that walk around and when
they see you, they will fire green cells at you, identical to the ones you fire
from your Plasma Gun. They shouldn't be a problem if you are good at dodging.
Almost any weapon can get rid of these enemies, except from the Pistol, Fist,
or Chainsaw. 3 shots from a Rocket Launcher or Super Shotgun will get rid of
them in a fluke. In TNT, these are first found in Level 4: Wormhole, and in
Plutonia, Level 3: Aztec.

Pain Elemental: You may think these are the most annoying enemies in the game,
but the Lost Souls can knock out any enemy in that game. They are almost like
the Cacodemon. They are big, they fly, and have one eye. They are also brown
and they don't attack you. What they do is that they shoot Lost Souls out of
their mouths and the Lost Souls go and directly attack you. Once they get
killed, 3 Lost Souls will appear after they explode, unless it explodes at a
nearby wall (where a Lost Soul may get stuck in the wall). To kill them easily,
1 BFG shot will do the trick. Otherwise, 3 rockets or 3 Super Shotgun Shells
will finish them off easily. In TNT, these are first found in Level 2: Human
BBQ, and in Plutonia, they are first found in Level 1: Congo.

Revenants: For being annoying, Revenants are right behind the Lost Souls in
that category. They are skeleton like enemies who have two methods of attacking
you. One of their methods of attacking is that they will shoot a missile at
you. There is a chance that it can be a homing missile. To tell if it is, there
will be smoke in the back of the missile. Run around and try to have it hit
something. Its other method of attacking is that it will punch you if you are
up close. Both attacks are very annoying and can do a lot of damage. 2 Super
Shotgun or Rocket Launcher blasts will do the trick.

Mancubus: Another fun enemy, which is one of my favorites. The bad news is that
the fireballs it pumps out can hurt really badly on higher skill levels. The
good news is that a Mancubus is fat, meaning it's a nice, big, wide target. It
has two missile launchers on its arms and both of them shoot out 3 missiles at
a time. They can be dodged pretty easily, but sometimes it can be tricky. Three
shells from a Super Shotgun or 3 rockets from a Rocket Launcher will do the
trick as usual. In TNT, these are first found in Level 2: Human BBQ, and in
Plutonia, Level 1: Congo.

Arch-vile: A little devil that can ruin your little killing spree in Doom.
These are huge skeleton monsters and they are very fast as well. When they see
you, they will attack but putting a fire on you and then attack. It does a LOT
of damage, and can put your health below 20%. To avoid his attack, GET OUT OF
HIS SIGHT BEFORE HE ATTACKS, and you'll be safe so he doesn't hit you. But
that's not it. When there is a dead monster around, he can go to it and revive
it, bringing it back from the dead. The only exceptions are Arch-viles, Pain
Elementals, Lost Souls, Cyberdemons, or Spider Masterminds. To get rid of them,
1 BFG blast should do it, otherwise it can be strong enough to stand a BFG. In
TNT, these are first found in Level 3: Power Control, and in Plutonia, they are
first found in Level 1: Congo.

Cyberdemon: My favorite enemy in the whole world of Doom. Cyberdemons are huge
goat-like monsters, but they stand on two legs and walk around. One of their
legs is metal, and on one of their arms is a Rocket Launcher, which has about
the same amount of power as yours. The rockets can be dodged without a problem,
and you can attack him by using your own rockets or a BFG. It should take
anywhere from 2-4 shots to kill him. Also, his metal leg makes a sound when he
walks, and it gets louder when he gets closer. This always scared the crap out
of me. In TNT, these are first found in Level 13: Nukage Processing, and in
Plutonia, Level 6: Baron's Lair.

Spider Mastermind: Just like an Arachnotron, except bigger. A lot bigger. These
are giant spiders with a huge brain that like to walk around. Instead of firing
plasma cells at you, they have a Super Chaingun which is a lot more powerful.
Even though it has that, it is still pretty week. It only takes about 2 or 3
BFG blasts to get rid of it, and not a lot of Rockets either. In TNT, these are
first found in Level 14: Steel Works, and in Plutonia, Level 5: Ghost Town.

3. Weapons
==========

In this section, the number next to the weapon name is the number you press to
switch to that weapon once you have it.

Your weapons that you will get throughout the game. Also includes what to use
them on too.

1. Fist: How could you possibly pick up a Fist? You will have your arms the
whole time, but they are pretty weak. Only use this on weak enemies to spare
ammo if you really need to, otherwise don't bother using your own iron
knuckles. They are weak and useless. To change that around, grab the Berserk
and this will become a really fun thing to use around with. With a Berserk, you
can knock out almost any weak enemy in one hit, and a matter of a few punches
on stronger enemies.

8. Chainsaw: A fun weapon to use if you know how to use it correctly. For some
weird reason, you will never run out of fuel to keep the Chainsaw going, but
we'll take it! With a Chainsaw, you can run into enemies and try to cut them,
but you'll have to get close. Now the best enemies to use a Chainsaw on is
Demons and Cacodemons. Once you use it on these enemies, they will go down very
fast. Also they will not be able to attack back because the Chainsaw will keep
stopping them. Useful at times, especially if you need to spare ammo. In TNT,
this is first found in Level 2: Human BBQ. In Plutonia, this is first found in
Level 3: Aztec.

2. Pistol: Just like the Fist, you will always have this with you, but this
time ammo is limited. The kind of ammo this uses are clips. You can hold up to
200 bullets maximum, 400 with a backpack. The Pistol is pretty weak except on
Zombiemen and Shotgun Guys, where they will go down in a few shots. Most of the
time you will use this a lot in the early parts of levels until you get better
weapons. Just use this on Zombiemen and Shotgun Guys. Nothing else and you
should be fine.

3. Shotgun: Before there was a Super Shotgun introduced into the Doom series,
this was my favorite weapon. But it's still a pretty solid weapon for the early
going. It can hold up to 50 shells, 100 with backpack. If you fire accurately,
it can knock out Zombiemen, Shotgun Guys, and Imps within a few shots. You can
use it on other enemies too, where it still takes a few shots to take down
stronger enemies. Unless there is a better weapon around, use this because it's
a great weapon. In TNT, this is first found in Level 1: System Control. In
Plutonia, this is first found in Level 1: Congo.

3. Super Shotgun: This is the best weapon in the game. No arguments about it.
An awesome alternative to the Shotgun, and it is deadly if used right. Unlike
the Shotgun, this weapon shoots out 2 shells at the time, and it takes a longer
time to reload, so don't use this if you are low on shells. It can take out any
weak enemy in 1 hit, and almost anything else in 3 direct hits. Also, its
shells can knock out a huge group of enemies in one hit, so use this a lot when
you see weak enemies in groups. In TNT, this is first found in Level 2: Human
BBQ. In Plutonia, this is first found in Level 1: Congo.

4. Chaingun: Something to replace that old, weak Pistol you have. This is the
"machine gun" in Doom. It fires multiple bullets at a time and uses the same
bullets as a Pistol. It can take out many weak enemies at a time and can stop
Demons and Cacodemons from attacking you when you fire right at them, because
they'll be stunned trying to attack. Use this against Demons and Cacodemons,
and in large groups of weak enemies because they can go down pretty fast. In
TNT, this is first found in Level 1: System Control (on hard skill levels), and
in Plutonia, first found in Level 1: Congo.

5. Rocket Launcher: Another one of my favorite weapons in the game. It can hold
up to 50 rockets, and 100 with a backpack. It fires 1 rocket at a time and the
damage can be awesome. If you fire it in the right spot, it can knock out a
huge group of weak enemies in one hit, making lots of blood for you to see. Use
this on ANY enemy, as it can take them down very quickly. The bad part about
this weapon is that if the rocket explodes and you are extremely close to the
explosion, you will lose health, and the amount lost depends on how far you are
from the explosion. In TNT, this is first found in Level 3: Power Control and
level 1: Congo in Plutonia.

6. Plasma Gun: Just like a Chaingun, except it fires blue cells instead of
bullets. This is a fun weapon to play around with. It holds up to 300 cells,
600 with a backpack, and it also fires about multiple cells at a time. Use this
on any enemy, as they will go down fast if you hold your fire button down. It
can take down plenty of Zombiemen and Shotgun Guys at once, so have fun with
it. A bad part would be if that you are too close to an enemy, the plasma cells
may get in your right and you may not see what's in front of you. In TNT, this
is first found in Level 7: Prison. In Plutonia, this is first found in Level 4:
Caged.

7. BFG: The ultimate weapon in the game, but it has negatives to balance the
positives. It uses the same cells as a Plasma Gun, and it can fires 40 cells at
one time. The ball it makes explodes, damaging/killing any enemy on the screen,
so you'll need to use this the right way. Do not use this on a single enemy, as
it just wastes ammo. But you can still use it on any enemy, because it knocks
out a Spider Mastermind or Cyberdemon with 2 perfect direct hits. In TNT, this
is first found in Level 15: Dead Zone. In Plutonia, this is first found in
Level 11: Hunted.

4. Items
========

There are many kinds of items in the game of Doom. I will divide them up into
sections.

------------
Health/Armor
------------

Health Bonus: This adds 1% extra Health to your current health. With this, you
can go past 100% health.

Armor Bonus: This adds 1% extra Armor to your current armor. With this, you can
go past 100% armor.

Stimpack: This adds 10% health to your current health. You cannot go past 100%
health using these.

Medikits: Better than the Stimpacks. These add 25% health to your current
health. You cannot go past 100% health using these.

Green Armor: When you pick this up, this sets your armor to 100%. This will not
work if your armor is greater than 100%.

MegaArmor: This is the blue armor. When you pick it up, it sets your armor to
200%.

Soulsphere: This increases your health by 100%. The maximum health you can have
is 200%, so this is a really useful item. Only use it when you are low on
health, but grab it when you really need it.

MegaSphere: The best health item you can get. Once you pick it up, it sets both
your health and armor to 200%! This is very useful, but if you are high on
health, leave it where it is and come back to get it when you are about to exit
the level.

----
Ammo
----

This is the ammo you can get throughout the game. It shows how much it gives on
easy/hard skill levels, what weapon it is used for, etc.

Use this table to find out the name of ammo used for each weapon. The "small
ammo" is very little ammo that doesn't give you a lot. "Large Ammo" is ammo
that comes in bigger amounts and is a lot more useful.

|-------|------------|-----------------------|
|Weapon | Small Ammo | Large Ammo |
|-------|------------|-----------------------|
| P/CG | Clip |Box of Bullets |
|-------|------------|-----------------------|
|SG/SSG |4/8 Shells |Box of Shotgun Shells |
|-------|------------|-----------------------|
| RL |Rocket |Box of Rockets |
|-------|------------|-----------------------|
|PG/BFG |Energy Cell |Energy Cell Pack |
|-------|------------|-----------------------|

P: Pistol
SG: Shotgun
SSG: Super Shotgun
CG: Chaingun
RL: Rocket Launcher
PG: Plasma Gun
BFG: BFG9000

Here is the amount of ammo each type gives out.

********************
Pistol/Chaingun Ammo
********************

Clip: Gives out 20 bullets on skill 1, 10 on harder skill levels. If you pick
it up from a Zombiemen, it will give you 10 on skill 1, 5 on harder skill
levels.

Box of Bullets: Gives you 100 bullets on skill 1, 50 on harder skill levels.

**************************
Shotgun/Super Shotgun Ammo
**************************

Shotgun Shells: Gives you 8 shells on skill 1, 4 shells on harder skill levels.

Box of Shells: Gives you 40 shells on skill 1, 20 on harder skill levels.

********************
Rocket Launcher Ammo
********************

Rocket: Gives you 2 rockets on skill 1, 1 on harder skill levels.

Box of Rockets: Gives you 10 rockets on skill 1, 5 on harder skill levels.

*******************
Plasma Gun/BFG Ammo
*******************

Energy Cell: Gives you 40 cells on skill 1, 20 on harder skill levels.

Energy Cell Pack: Gives you 200 cells on skill 1, 100 on harder skills.

---------
Power-Ups
---------

These are items that will be a big help to you throughout the game. They help
you or protect you of some sort.

Backpack: This is probably my favorite item in the whole game. When you pick it
up, it doubles the amount of ammo you can carry! For example, the maximum
amount of bullets you can carry is 200. With a backpack you can carry 400. Just
take your maximum ammo and multiply it by 2.

Berserk: Man, this is a really fun item right here. When you pick it up, it
will set your health to 100% if it is below 100%. The second effect is that
your screen will go red and it will power up your Fist! The red screen lasts
for a few seconds, and this will remain in effect for the rest of the level.
During this time, your Fist will become very powerful, and it will be able to
knock out anything weaker than a Demon in one hit. It can knock out stronger
enemies in just a few punches! Very useful to save ammo as well.

Computer Area Map: Another useful item if you may happen to get lost. Once you
pick this up, it will fill your Automap 100% so that you can see everything on
the Automap! Areas that are in gray are areas that you have not visited yet.
However, this will not add object indicators to the Automap (where you can see
items and enemies moving around).

Invisibility Sphere: This red orb is something that makes you invisible. While
you are invisible, enemy attacks will be less accurate, and when they try to
attack you, it may miss. But you won't be completely invisible, as enemies just
have more difficulty spotting you. The other part is that this is on a time
limit, and you will be invisible for a minute.

Invincibility Sphere: Just the exact thing you'll need when you are in a
hellhole. While you are invincible, your screen will go white. This effect
lasts for 30 seconds. Also when you are invincible, you cannot be damaged in
any way. This includes enemy attacks, crushing ceilings, and even slime pits.
It just lasts for 30 seconds, and the white screen can be annoying.

Radiation Suit: Something you will really need in levels with a lot of slime
pits. When you pick one of these up, your screen will go green for a minute.
During this time, you will not be hurt when you are walking around in slime, as
this gives you protection from lava and slime. This effect lasts for a minute
and you can still get hurt by enemies, even if you do have this on.

Light Amplification Visors: A really, really, neat power-up. When picked up,
the brightness greatly increases for 2 minutes, and then the screen will return
back to it's normal brightness. These goggles are useful for getting pack dark
areas/mazes. Yeah, this means every area in the level will be 100% bright as
long as you have these on.

*********
Key Items
*********

Keycard/Skull Keys: Found in levels, these keys come in 3 colors: red,
yellow, and blue. Not all keys are in all levels, so keep that in mind. These
keys open a locked door, activate certain switches, etc.....

Also, many of the doors are not 100% blue, red, or yellow. If the door has red,
yellow, or blue lights to the sides of it, that's also a red, yellow, or blue
door. There may be a level with a Yellow and Red Key, but you may not need the
Yellow Key to complete that level (that sentence right there is made up, just
giving you a little example of that some keys in a level might not be needed to
finish that level).

5. Controls
===========

*****************
Keyboard Controls
*****************

Control: Fire, hold Control down to fire rapidly
Arrow Keys: Move
Shift (held) while moving: Run
Alt (held) while moving: Strafe
*Spacebar: Activate Switches, Open Doors, activate lifts, etc...
Enter: Shows the last message that appeared in the top left corner in the
Screen, or to select something in the menu
Tab: View Automap
Escape: View menu (this can be used anytime in the game, including at the title
screen, and ending texture screen)
*When I say "Check the walls", it means to press the spacebar in front of the
wall. Also, when I say "Go through the Blue Door", that means open it, and
enter the room. Also, when you beat a level, and it goes to the victory screen,
press the Spacebar to go to the next level (this also goes for Stories too).

Even though the mouse is just as useful as the keyboard is, the mouse can turn
your player in a direction more quickly than the keyboard does (but I prefer
the keyboard). Anyway, here are the controls for the mouse (if you have mouse
support for Doom). Also, there is no mouse button for opening doors,
hitting switches, etc. You still need to use the keyboard.

Move Mouse Right: Turns player right
Move Mouse Left: Turns player left
Move Mouse Up: Moves player forward
Move Mouse Back: Moves player backward
Left Mouse Button: Fire weapon
Right Mouse Bottom (While held, moving left/right): Strafe left/right

****************************
Doom95-only controls/options
****************************

If you buy the Doom Collector's Edition these days, it may come with Doom95, a
program for running Doom. Doom95 is like the original EXE with a bit more
features:

With Doom95 you can change the screen size while playing Doom. The possible
choices are:

320 x 200
320 x 240
640 x 400
640 x 480

There are two ways of changing the screen size: During the game, Hold Alt and
press + or -, and this will change the screen size higher or lower (+ is
higher, and - is lower). Another way is to open Doom95 and click Advanced. Then
go to the Screen Resolution tab, select which one you want, and hit OK.

Creating demos with Doom95: If you've ever tried to create a demo with Doom95
before, you'll notice that when you load the game up Doom95 immediately
terminates, as Doom95 has a bug that prevents it from creating demos. To fix
the bug, download this doomlnch.dll here: www.classicdoom.com/dm95fix.zip then
copy and paste it into your Doom95 folder and replace the current doomlnch.dll
with this one. Now you should be able to create demos with Doom95 without a
problem (this is legal by the way, it's a little "patch" to fix up demo
creating).

Playing demos: To play demos with Doom95, open up Doom95 and then click
Advanced. Then click the demo tab and check "play demo". Now select the one you
want to play, then click OK, then run the game (note that you need the correct
game running and this may not run demos created with other source ports). Also,
there is no bug that prevents you from playing demos.

To play with no monsters: Open Doom95, check the "No Monsters" box and run the
game.
To play with fast monsters: Open Doom95, check the "Fast Monsters" box and run
the game. Monsters will be 3 times as fast.
To play with respawning monsters: Open Doom95, check the "Monsters Respawn" box
and run the game.

Also, on the main window of Doom95, you can select what Doom game you want to
play and if you want to use a PWAD (you can only use one though). You can also
select the skill level you want to play on. To play a saved game, click on
Advanced and check what saved game you want to load (note that you must be
running the correct Doom game for it to load).

The configuration button: Next to the Advanced button is a Configuration
button. If you click on it you can configure all your settings for the
keyboard, mouse, audio, chat strings, and joystick. Once you change anything
you want, click Apply Now (or create a new configuration, save it, switch to
it, and then click Apply Now). There is a default configuration which can't be
deleted.

6. Things to Look Out For
=========================

What I mean is that watch out for these things. They can hurt you, depending on
what you do. Some can be useful, so will not.

Barrels: These can be your best friend, or your worst enemies. These are
scattered around many levels, and can help you a lot. To make very good use of
these, lure a lot of enemies to one barrel, and shoot the barrel. It
should explode, and hurt/kill the enemies near it. Or if you shoot the barrel
when you're right next to it, you'll be hurt/killed. Even enemies can blow up
barrels, so you can use them to blow them up and save your ammo.

Crushing Ceilings: Crushing Ceilings can appear at a nasty time, so watch out.
Just like Barrels, these can be your best friend or worst enemy. These ceilings
fall from the ceiling and touch the ground, and rise back to ceiling, and so
on. You'll need to time your moves right to get past these. Also, their good
use is that Crushing Ceilings can also crush and kill enemies, saving your
ammo. But they can crush you too, and these do hurt.

Slime/Lava/Blood: These appear on floors. Slime is green, lava is a mix of red
and yellow, and blood is red. Whenever you step on these kinds of floors, there
is a good chance your health will decrease each second. The amount of health
decreased depends on your armor and what kind of toxic floor you stepped into.
All types of toxic floors cannot hurt enemies, sadly. You will not be hurt from
these floors if you step on them while having an active Radiation Suit on.

7. Walkthrough (TNT)
====================

Skill levels (from easiest to hardest):

I'm Too Young To Die (Skill level 1)
Hey, Not Too Rough (Skill level 2)
Hurt Me Plenty (Skill level 3)
Ultra Violence (Skill level 4)
Nightmare (Skill level 5)

Beware the Nightmare skill level. It is not for inexperienced Doom players.
Enemies respawn, monsters are fast and powerful, but the good thing is you get
double ammo when you pick up ammo, and you can get a kill percentage over 100
too.

What I mean by double ammo is this: For example, when you pick up a box of
Shotgun Shells on skill levels 2, 3, and 4, it will add 20 shells to your
Shotgun Ammo, and 40 in skills 1 and 5. ID Software knows you'll need the
double ammo in Skill 5. ;)

Hint: Try to "telefrag" enemies. A telefrag is when you teleport using a
teleporter, and an enemy is on the spot where you teleport to, he will be
killed like that, without using any ammo to destroy it.
The Status Bar:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
   50 | 100% | 2 | 3 | 4 | | 0% |__|
        | |---|---|---|(your | |__| OTHER AMMO
  AMMO | HEALTH | 5 | 6 | 7 | face) | ARMOR | |
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ammo: You'll see how many bullets you have for that weapon.
Health: Your survival. When you drop to 0% health, you're dead.

Arms: Shows which weapons you have, the weapon numbers you have are yellow (for
example, if you have the Shotgun, just press 3 to get to it).

Your Face: The marine's face. As your health goes down, your face will start to
bleed, and gets worse as your health slithers away.

Armor: Your armor helps you as it lasts.
The boxes next to armor: In each box, it will show which keys you have.

Other ammo: Shows how much ammo you have for each weapon, and shows how much
ammo you can hold up to for each gun.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now, here's the walkthrough (note that this walkthrough is not useful for skill
level 5)! Also some enemies I tell you to kill in this game may not be there
because of the skill level so if you don't see an enemy I told you to kill in
this guide, then you're playing a low skill level.

TNT starts out hard and tricky, but I think it gets easier as it goes.

Level 1: System Control
-----------------------

Once you start the first level of TNT, pick up the Berserk pack in front of
you. Now open the door in front of you and go through it. In here, either kill
all of the Zombiemen with your powered up Fist or use your Pistol. Once they're
all dead, head up the stairs to your right. At the top, kill the Imp and then
pick up the Armor. Now head back down the stairs. Down here, open the door in
front of you and go through it. In here, kill the Zombiemen and the Imps. Now
you'll see two pillars. Each of them has a switch. Facing the door, hit the
switch on the left pillar and a wall to your left will open, revealing a
Stimpack, a MegaArmor, and a few Imps. Kill the Imps and get the items. Now hit
the right switch and leave this room. Back in here, open the small door next to
you and go through it. Out here, kill the Imps and then get the Shotgun, and
then leave this room.

Back in here, follow the hallway to your right to another room. In here, kill
the Imps, Zombiemen, and Demons. Now hit the switch in this room and pick up
the Stimpack to create a staircase in this room. Now head up it. At the top,
kill the remaining enemies and then follow this pathway to the Blue Door. As
you walk up to it, you'll hear the sound of a door opening. Turn around and
you'll see a new opening, so go through it. Out here, kill the Imps and then
hit the switch. Now head back up the stairs and then leave this room. Back in
here, head down the stairs in front of you and follow this hallway to another
room. Back in here, get the Blue Key, kill the Heavy Weapon Dudes and get their
Chainguns and the Medikits, and then go back into the same hallway. Back in
here, head back up the staircase and open the Blue Door and go through it.

In here, hit the switch in front of you and the floor you're on will lower.
Down here, collect the Armor Bonuses and kill the Shotgun Guys. Now hit the
switch to open the bars. Kill the Imps and Heavy Weapon Dudes. Walk up to the
exit switch and you'll see the two pillars lower. Collect the Chaingun on both
of them and then go on to hit the exit switch.

Level 2: Human BBQ
------------------

Start this level by killing the Shotgun Guy and all of the Imps in front of
you. Once they are all dead, head for the stone wall at the other end of this
room. Lower this wall by pressing the Spacebar, and then go through the new
opening. In here, turn left and follow this hallway until you get to the Red
Key, killing all of the Shotgun Guys and Heavy Weapon Dudes that are in your
way. Once you get to the Red Key, pick it up. Now drop back down to the floor
below you. Down here, turn right and go through the opening to be outside. Out
here, head down the stairs to your left and kill the Heavy Weapon Dude at the
bottom. After that, kill all of the Shotgun Guys, Zombiemen, Imps, and Heavy
Weapon Dudes in this room, including the ones on the outer ledges. Once they
are all dead, put your back on the stairs and follow this wall until you get to
the Red Door.

Once you get to the Red Door, open it and go through it. In here, follow this
hallway to a staircase and then head down it. At the bottom, you'll be in
another big room. Kill all of the Imps and Heavy Weapon Dudes on the outer
platforms again so they won't annoy you later. Now get the Backpack in the
middle of the room. Head right past the staircase. Over here, kill the Imps and
Shotgun Guys around you, and then turn left and hit the switch. Head back to
the staircase in this room, killing the Demon, Cacodemons, and even that
annoying Pain Elemental that are being release. Once you get to the stairs,
head up them. Back up here, kill the Demons and the Spectres and then leave
this room. Back out here, turn left and head back up the stairs at the other
end of this room. Up here, go through the opening to the right.

In here, go through the opening across from you and save your game. Back up and
RUN through the window to get on a staircase. On here, head up the stairs. At
the top, turn right and follow this walkway to a Yellow Key. Once you get to
the Yellow Key, pick it up. Then kill the Imp to your left and go through the
opening. Collect the Computer Area Map in here. Now turn around. See that
window you just ran through? From here, save your game, and then RUN straight
into the window, to get back up into this room the easy way (instead of going
all the way around). Back in here, turn right and head up the stairs. As you
head up the stairs, you'll see the Yellow Door, so open it and go through it.
Out on these ledges, follow them until you get to the exit door, killing the
Heavy Weapon Dudes and Shotgun Guys you see. Once you get to the exit door,
save your game.

RUN into the window to the left. In here, kill the Heavy Weapon Dudes and press
Spacebar on the walls until you find a hidden door. It will open, revealing a
MegaArmor, so pick it up. Now turn around and RUN back onto the ledge to your
left. Back on here, open the exit door to your left and it will reveal a
Revenant. Kill it, pick up the Medikit, and then hit the exit switch.

----------------------
Level 3: Power Control
----------------------

Once you start this level, open the door in front of you and go through it. In
here, kill the Shotgun Guy in front of you and then follow either pathway to
the opening at the other end of this room. Face the opening and turn around,
where you'll see a switch. Hit it and the wall will open, revealing a Spectre
and a teleporter. Kill the Spectre and step through the teleporter. In here,
kill the Zombieman, Imp, Shotgun Guy, and the Heavy Weapon Dude in this room.
Now open the door in this room and go through it. In this hallway, turn left
and you will see a door to your right. Open this door and then go through it.
Out here, head up the stairs to your right, killing the Spectre and the Shotgun
Guy. At the top, step through the teleporter in front of you. In here, walk
forward to get the Red Key. Now walk backward to land on the same teleporter.

Back on here, turn around and you'll see two walls with blue symbols on them.
The one on the left is a hidden door, so open it and it will reveal a hidden
room with a Medikit and an Energy Cell Pack. Pick up both of them and then
leave this secret room, walking over the teleporter. From here, head down the
stairs in front of you. Back down here, go through the opening to your right.
Out here, kill all Shotgun Guys, Heavy Weapon Dudes, Spectres, and Cacodemons.
Once they are all dead, collect the Super Shotgun in this room and go through
the opening in the north part of this room. In here, open the Red Door in front
of you and go through it. In here, head right and you'll stop at a wall. Kill
the Imps and Spectres, and then open the door to your left and go through it.

In here, kill the Demons and the Lost Souls across from you. Now turn around
and face the door. To the right of it is a switch, so hit the switch. Now turn
around and head straight and stop at a wall. Cross the ledge to the left that
is against the wall. At the other side, get the Yellow Key. Once you have the
Yellow Key, leave this room, killing the Imp, Shotgun Guy, and Revenant. Back
in this hallway, open the Yellow Door and go through it. Back out here, walk
forward and go through the opening in the east part of room. In here, open the
Yellow Door in front of you and go through it. In this room, kill the Lost
Souls, Shotgun Guys, and the Heavy Weapon Dudes. Now get the Blue Key at the
other end of this room. Once you have the Blue Key, leave this room, ignoring
the Arch-vile. Back in here, go through the opening in the south part of this
room.

Over here, open the Blue Door in front of you and go through it. In here, kill
the Revenant and kill all of the Mancubi. Once they are all dead, open the exit
door at the other end of this room and go through it. In here, hit the exit
switch.

-----------------
Level 4: Wormhole
-----------------

This level can either be short or long, depending on if you want to get all of
the secret areas or not. But for now, start this level by killing all of the
Shotgun Guys in front of you. Once they're all dead, collect all of their
Shotguns and then head towards the middle pillar in this room that has the
Rocket Launcher on it. Press the Spacebar to lower it and pick it up. But
beware that this lowers another wall with more Heavy Weapon Dudes. Pick up the
Rocket Launcher and blast them all away. Once they're all dead, pick up their
Chainguns and then get the Health Potions that they were in front of as well.
Now go back to the level's starting point, with your back on the starting door.
Go through the opening to your right. In here, head up the stairs in front of
you, killing the Shotgun Guys, Heavy Weapon Dudes, and Spectres. At the top,
open the door to your left and go through it.

In here, kill the Revenant in front of you. Now walk forward until the floor
you're on lowers. Down here, wait for the floor you're on to rise again. Back
up here, turn around and open the same door again. Back on this staircase, head
down it and go through the opening to your left. In here, hit the exit switch.
It was either that or go through the rest of this big level.

TNT level index / Contents

---------------
Level 5: Hanger
---------------

You will start the level facing the Red Door, which is also the exit door. You
will also be seeing a black wall to the right of the Red Door. Walk up to this
wall and a wall behind you will open, revealing a Shotgun Guy. Kill it and walk
into the new room, and then you'll hear the sound of another door opening. Turn
around and you'll see the new room. Kill this Shotgun Guy and then walk into
the new room. Again, you'll hear another door open. Turn around and you'll see
a new opening to the left. Kill the Shotgun Guy and walk into this new room.
Two doors will be opened (one in front of you), revealing an Imp in front of
you and a Shotgun Guy behind you. Kill both of them and then enter the room
where the Shotgun Guy is. Walk forward to here another door open. That was the
last one. Turn around and head left.

From here, kill the Shotgun Guy and the Imp in front of you. Now head up the
stairs and you'll come across a staircase to the left and right. Head up either
one of them. At the top of either one, kill the Imp and then open the door in
front of you and go through it. In here, kill the Imps and walk down the
staircase below you. The wall in front of you will open, revealing a much
bigger area, with Shotgun Guys and Heavy Weapon Dudes on the outer walls. To
close this wall for now, hit the switch on the pedestal to the right. Now Kill
the Imps, and then open the door to your left and go through it. In here, head
down the stairs next to you. At the bottom, kill the Imp next to you and head
up the stairs to the left. As you are heading up the stairs, you'll see an
opening to the right. Face the opening and turn around. The wall in front of
you is a hidden door, so open it and get the Box of Shotgun Shells and the
Armor.

Now continue to go up the stairs. At the top, follow the hallway until you get
to an opening. Once you get to an opening, go through it. In here, kill the
Imps and Heavy Weapon Dudes before you even do anything. Now put your back on
the opening in this room. Across from you is a gray tile on the wall. Press the
Spacebar on this tile and then back up to the lowered platform in the middle of
the room. Pick up the Energy Cell and the platform in front of you will lower,
so get on it and get the Blue Key. Before leaving this room, you'll notice a
blue wall in front of you. This is a door, so open it and it will reveal a
Shotgun Guy and two Health Potions. Kill the Shotgun Guy and grab both of them.
Now follow the path to the right to a Super Shotgun, killing the next Shotgun
Guy. Pick up the Super Shotgun and then leave this hall. Back in here, kill the
Heavy Weapon Dudes and then leave this room.

Back in this hallway, follow it back to the same staircase and head to the
bottom of it. At the bottom, head up the stairs next to you. At the top, open
the door and go through it. Back in here, head up the stairs to the right. At
the top, open either door in front of you and go through it. Back in here, head
down the staircase. At the bottom, head down the staircase next to you and
you'll be back in the level's starting point. Back down here, open the door to
your left and go through it. In here, kill the Imps, get the ammo and health,
and then open the Blue Door in front of you and go through it. In this hallway,
turn left and follow the left hand wall until you get to the Yellow Key,
killing the Imp, Shotgun Guy, and Heavy Weapon Dude in this hall. Once you get
to the Yellow Key, pick it up and then leave this room. Back in here, open the
door in front of you and go through it. Back in here, turn right and head up
either staircase again.

At the top, open the door in front of you and go through it. In here, head down
the staircase. At the bottom, you'll see a wall in front of you. This is a
door, so open it and go through it. Out here, kill all of the Heavy Weapon
Dudes and the Shotgun Guys around you before they annoy you later. Once they
are all dead, go to the Yellow Door in the corner of this room, and then open
it and go through it. In here, step through the teleporter. Once you are
teleported, go right until you get to the Red Key, killing the Heavy Weapon
Dudes and blowing up the barrels in your way. Once you get to the Red Key, pick
it up and drop down to the floor to your left. Down here, open the door across
from you and go through it. Back in here, head up the stairs in front of you.
At the top, open either door in front of you and go through it. Back in the
level's starting point, go to the Red Door, and then open it. In here, hit the
exit switch.

Level 6: Open Season
--------------------

Once you start this level, pick up the Shotgun in front of you, and then the
floor you're on will rise. Up here, get the Boxes of Shotgun Shells and then
kill the Shotgun Guys to your left. Collect their Shotguns and then kill the
Heavy Weapon Dude behind you. Ignore the enemies on the higher ledge for now.
Instead, open the door in this room and go through it. In here, kill all of the
Imps in this room. Now get the Chainsaw if you don't have one yet, and then
open the door at the other end of this room and go through it. In here, kill
the Heavy Weapon Dude next to you and then head up the stairs. At the top, get
the Medikit and then open the door to your left and go through it. In here,
follow either pathway to the other end of this room, killing the Imp, Mancubus,
Demons, and Hell Knights in this room. Once you get to the other end of this
room, open the door in front of you and go through it. In here, kill all of the
Heavy Weapon Dudes, Imps, and Shotgun Guys.

Once they are all dead, collect the Shotguns and Chainguns, and then head up
the staircase at the other end of this room. At the top, kill the Demons, Heavy
Weapon Dudes, and Shotgun Guys. Collect the Shotguns and Chainguns, and then go
through the opening in this room. In here, follow this hallway until you get to
a door, killing all of the Shotgun Guys in this hallway. Once you get to a
door, open it and go through it. In here, kill the Shotgun Guy in front of you
and then head down the stairs. At the bottom, kill all of the Lost Souls in
front of you and then go through the opening to your left. Out here, follow
this walkway until you get to the Blue Key. Once you get to the Blue Key, pick
it up, killing the Shotgun Guys on the walkway. Once you have the Blue Key,
turn around and leave this room. Back in here, head up the stairs and leave
this room. Back in here, go through the opening in front of you.

Back in this room, head up the stairs to your right. At the top, open the Blue
Door in front of you and go through it. In here, follow this walkway until you
get to a door, killing the Imp you see. Once you get to the door, open it and
go through it. In here, get the Medikit and Radiation Suit and then step on the
tile to your right and it will lower. Down here, kill the Imps and follow this
hallway to a walkway. Once you get to it, cross the walkway. At the end of it,
get the Boxes of Rockets and the Yellow Key. Once you have the Yellow Key,
follow the walkway back into the room. Back in here, head to the end of this
hallway. Lower the lift, get on it, and ride it to the top. Up here, open the
door next to you and go through it. Back in this room, follow the walkway to
the staircase and head down it. At the bottom, head down the stairs to your
right. Down here, open the door across from you and go through it.

In this room, open the door to your left and go through it. In here, follow
this hallway to the northeast part of this room, killing all of the Zombiemen,
Shotgun Guys, Heavy Weapon Dudes, and the Revenant in this room. Once you get
to the northeast part of this room, lower the lift near you, get on it, and
ride it to the top. Up here, kill the Heavy Weapon Dude and lower the lift at
the end of this room. Get on it and ride it to the top. Up here, kill the Heavy
Weapon Dudes and the Revenants around you. Once they are all dead, collect the
Chainguns, the Medikits, the Rockets, and the Rocket Launcher in this room.
Once you did all of that, leave this room. Back in here, go through the opening
in front of you. In here, step through the teleporter and you'll be taken next
to a lift. Lower it, get on it, and ride it to the top. Up here, kill all of
the Imps and then get the Red Key at the end of this walkway.

Before leaving this walkway, press Spacebar on the walls to your right until
you find a hidden door. It will open, revealing a Soulsphere, so pick it up.
Now go to the other end of the walkway and hit the switch. The lift will lower,
so drop down to the floor below you. Down here, step through the teleporter.
Back in this small room, leave it. Back in this hallway, lower the lift to your
left and drop down to the floor below you. Down here, follow the hallway back
to the door. Once you get to the door, open it and go through it. In here, face
the door to your right and turn around. You'll see a small opening, so go into
it and collect the MegaArmor. Now go back to the door, and then open it and go
through it. In here, head up the stairs across from you. At the top, go through
the opening across from you. In here, open the door at the end of this hallway
and go through it. In here, head down the stairs in front of you. Down here, go
through the opening and follow this walkway until you stop at a switch.

This is where you got the Blue Key, but there is a switch where you needed the
Red Key for. Hit the switch and then leave this room. Back in here, head up the
stairs and then open the door and go through at the top. In this hall, go
through the opening. Now head down the stairs across from you in this room.

story:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You've fought your way out of the infested experimental labs. It seams that UAC
had once again gulped it down. With their high turnover, it must be hard for
poor old UAC to buy corporate health insurance nowadays... Ahead lies the
Military Complex. Now swarming with diseased horrors hot to get their teeth
into you. The Complex still has some warlike ordnance laying around.

Level 7: Prison
---------------

You will start the level in front of a nice little Plasma Gun. Pick up this
Plasma Gun. Now get to the door at the other end of this hallway, and then open
it and go through it. In this room, kill the Baron of Hell, the Shotgun Guys,
and the Zombiemen, and then get the Shotguns in this room. After that, head up
either staircase in this room. At the top, a wall next to you will lower,
revealing Pain Elementals, Shotgun Guys, and Hell Knights. Kill all of them and
then RUN over the pillar and step onto the teleporter. Once you are teleported,
head all the way left and you will stop at a lava pit. From here, go all the
way left until you get to a set of teleporters surrounded by barrels, killing
the Shotgun Guys, Heavy Weapon Dudes, Spectres, Cacodemons, and the Mancubus in
this area if you need to. Once you get to the teleporter, step into it and
you'll be taken into the fortress area.

Now kill the Demon and all of the Lost Souls in front of you. After that, get
the Medikit, Shotgun, Shotgun Shells, and then open the door in this room and
go through it. In here, follow this hallway until you get to a lift, killing
the Zombiemen, Shotgun Guys, Heavy Weapon Dudes, Imps, Spectres, and Hell
Knights that flood this hallway. Once you get to the lift, lower it, get on it,
and ride it to the top. Up here, kill all of the Cacodemons, Barons of Hell,
Shotgun Guys, and Heavy Weapon Dudes around you. Once they're all dead, hit the
switch to the left and then go through the opening behind the switch. Out here,
walk left and you'll hear the sound of a lift dropping. Quickly go back inside
the previous room and you'll notice that the pillar with the Soulsphere has
lowered, so pick up the Soulsphere. Now go back through the opening and drop
down to the ground below you.

Down here, head left to the lava pit and you'll see a new bridge being raised
to the center platform. Cross the bridge. On this platform, walk straight and
you'll get to a box with a switch on one side. Face the switch but do not hit
it. First, look at this little map below.

             X
      _______S__
     | |
     | |
     | |
     |__________|
     |__________|

The X is you and the S is the switch. You'll notice a bar on the other side of
this map from the switch is. This is a secret lift. Hit the switch and a lift
will lower in front of you, but ignore this one and RUN TO THE OTHER SIDE OF
THIS BOX. You'll find another lowered lift if you were quick enough, so get on
it and ride it to the top. Up here, get the Invincibility Sphere and then step
through the teleporter. Once you are teleported, hit the switch next to you and
the floor you're on will lower. Down here, eliminate ALL of the Imps, Hell
Knights, and Barons of Hell that are in the cages before they annoy you while
trying to get out of here. After they are all dead, go to the northeast corner
of the room. You'll find a flashing wall, so open it and you'll be in a small
room with a switch. Hit the switch and get out of here. Now RUN to the opposite
corner of the room and go into the new opening. In here, hit the switch and
then leave. Now turn left and go into the new opening at the other end of this
room. In here, get the Backpack and hit the switch. Now leave and RUN into the
new opening in the opposite corner of the room.

teleported, open the Red Door in front of you and go through it. In here, kill
all of the Zombiemen, Imps, Shotgun Guys, Hell Knights, Spectres, and Heavy
Weapon Dudes. Once they are all dead, put your back on the Red Door and go all
the way straight until you stop at a wall. Once you do, turn left and drop into
the lava pit below you. Down here, you'll notice three pillars. The pillar in
the middle has yellow lights on it. Look for a black spot on this pillar and
then press Spacebar on it, which will open a secret door on the platform above
you. To get back up there, step through the teleporter next to you. Now go all
the way right into the new opening, kill the Baron of Hell and get the
Soulsphere. Now facing the Red Door from where you are, drop down into the lava
pit to your left. Down here, go all the way straight and you'll stop at a
pillar. Press the Spacebar to lower this pillar and then you'll see a switch
next to you.

Hit this switch and then get on the pillar. Wait for it to rise and then get
onto the platform next to you. On here, face the wall above you. Turn right and
follow this wall until you get to a teleporter. Once you get to a teleporter,
step through it. You'll be on another pillar. Kill the Revenants and the Imps
on the other pillars, and then RUN across them to get to the exit door. Open it
and go through it. In here, kill the Imp and then hit the switch.

get to it, hit the switch next to it to open it. Now go through it. In here,
lower the lift in front of you, get on it, and ride it to the top. Up here,
kill the Shotgun Guy in front of you.

Level 14: Steel Works
---------------------

Once you start this level, run all the way straight and you'll stop at a wall.
Now turn right and you'll see the hardest key to get in the whole game. :) The
Yellow Key is right there, so pick it up. Now turn around and kill all of the
Zombiemen behind you. Once they are all dead, kill the Shotgun Guys and then
get to the other side of this room. Over here, go through the opening to the
left. In here is a door, but to open it, hit the switch to the right. Now go
through the opened door. In here, kill all of the Zombiemen and then get to the
other side of this room. Over here is a door to your right, so open it and go
through it. In here, kill the Zombiemen and then follow this hallway to another
door. Once you get to the door, open it and go through it. In here, kill all of
the Zombiemen in this room. Now open the Yellow Door at the other end of this
room and go through it. In here, head up the stairs to your right.

At the top, kill all of the Zombiemen to your left. Once they are all dead, go
through the opening to your left. In here, head up the stairs, killing the
Shotgun Guy and the Heavy Weapon Dude in this staircase. At the top of this
staircase, go through the opening to your left. In here, follow this hallway to
a staircase. Once you get to the staircase, kill the Shotgun Guy and all of the
Zombiemen on the staircase, and then head down the stairs. Down here, kill all
of the Demons and Zombiemen in this room. Once they are all dead, put your back
on the staircase and turn right. You'll see a lift leading to a higher
platform, so lower it, get on it, and ride it to the top. Up here, RUN all the
way straight to the opening across from you before you get killed by the toxic
floor. Once you get to the opening, go through it. In here, drop down to the
ground below you. Down here, get the Medikits to your left and then turn
around. Now go through the opening in front of you. In here, follow this
hallway until you get to the Blue Key, killing the Imps and Spectres in this
hallway.

Once you get to the Blue Key, pick it up. Now turn around and follow this
hallway back to the previous room. Back in this room, lower the lift to your
left, get on it, and ride it to the top. Up here, the ceiling above you is now
a crushing ceiling, so RUN all the way to the other side of this platform. Over
here, drop back down to the floor below you. Back down here, head right and
you'll see a lift surrounded by blue bars. Now that you have the Blue Key, hit
the switch to the left of the blue bars and then the bars will be removed. Now
lower the lift, get on it, and ride it to the top. Up here, run to the other
side of this platform before the toxic floor kills you, and once you do get to
the other side of this platform, the ceiling above you will turn into a
crushing ceiling. Now drop down to the floor below you. Down here, kill all of
the Zombiemen and then turn right. You'll see an opening to your left, so go
through it. In here, head up the stairs to your right. At the top, go through
the opening to your right.

In here, kill all of the Lost Souls and then try to work your way around all of
these pillars to get to the other side of this room. Once you do get to the end
of this room, hit the switch and it will open like a door, so go through it. In
here, follow this hallway until you get to an opening, killing the Zombiemen in
this hallway. Once you get to the opening, go through it. In here, get the Red
Key at the other side of this room. Once you have the Red Key, turn around and
you'll see a wall lower to your right. Kill all of the Shotgun Guys and Heavy
Weapon Dudes, and then get the Radiation Suit in that room. Now leave this room
and go back into the hallway. Back in here, follow this hall back to the door
and then open it. Back in this room, get around all of the pillars again, but
the thing is now that it's completely dark in this room. Once you get to the
other end of the room, go through the opening. Back in this room, head down the
stairs to your left.

Down here, lower the lift next to you, get on it, and ride it to the top. Up
here, RUN to the other side of this platform before the crushing ceiling kills
you. Once you get to the other side, drop down to the floor below you. Down
here, head up the stairs at the other side of the room, ignoring all of the
enemies. Up here, follow this hallway until you see an opening to your right.
Once you see the opening, go through it. In here, head down the stairs, killing
the Shotgun Guys and the Heavy Weapon Dude in this hallway. At the bottom of
the stairs, go through the opening to your right. In here, head down the
stairs. At the bottom, open the Red Door and go through it. Back in this room,
open the door across from you and go through it. In here, follow this hallway
to a door. Once you get to the door, open it and then go through it. Back in
here, get to the door at the other side of this room. Hit the switch to open it
and then go through the door.

Now you'll be back at the level's starting point. If you're playing on Ultra
Violence, there is a Spider Mastermind here. Try to ignore it and get to the
other side of this room. Over here is a switch. Hit it to remove the Red Bars
blocking the exit teleporter, and then step on the exit teleporter.

Level 15: Dead Zone
-------------------

When you start the level, get all the ammo and armor in this room, then from
where you started, press the Spacebar in front of the wall to your right. It
will then open like a door, so go through. Out here, get to the wall across
from you, head right, following along with the wall until you see a silver wall
(the one you're following is gray). The silver wall is a lift. Press the
Spacebar to lower it, so get on it, and ride it to the top.

Up here, head up the stairs in front of you. Up here, go through the opening to
the right. In here, see that switch on the left wall? Remember where it is.
Now, see that opening across from you? Go into it. You should be on a
"balcony". Get to the edge of it and you will see a BFG on a pillar. Remember
where the switch was? Go back, save your game hit it, and *RUN* back to the
balcony, jump off, and get the BFG while it's lowered. Otherwise, load your
saved game and try again. Down here, head up the stairs across from you. At the
top, go straight and you will be in a room with toxic sludge in it. Turn right.
See that "Poison" symbol on the wall to the right? Press the Spacebar in front
of it to open it, revealing a Backpack.

Grab the Backpack and turn back around. Now head up the stairs to the left. At
the top, there are two doors across from you. Enter either one, and you'll be
in the same room. In here, get the Box of Shotgun Shells, open the door in
front of you, and go through it. In here, go through the opening at the other
end of the room. In here, follow the right hand wall to a Plasma Gun. Once you
get to the Plasma Gun, pick it up and turn around. Press the Spacebar on all of
the walls in front of you until one of the walls open, revealing a Berserk.
Grab it and then open the hidden door to the right in this small room. In here,
step on the teleporter. Now turn around. Hit the exit switch (this takes you to
the secret exit ;)).

Now, before you enter the next level, you get a story:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What now? Looks totally different. Kind of like King Tut's Condo. Well,
whatever's here can't be any worse than usual. Can it? Or maybe it's best to
let sleeping gods lie...

Level 31: Pharaoh
-----------------

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Note that there is a huge bug in this level that stops you from getting the
Yellow Key. For more information, see my Bugs and Errors section. To get the
bug fix, go to www.teamtnt.com and click "Bugs and Fixes" and it will be there.
This walkthrough covers all 3 keys and getting to the exit using the bug fix.
If you would like to use the walkthrough without the patch, use my walkthrough
at the "Alternate Pharaoh Walkthrough" section.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once you start the level, kill all the Shotgun Guys in front of you and pick up
all of their Shotguns. Now turn right and kill all of the Zombiemen on the
pyramid. Once that is done, look around this room and you will see two switches
on rectangular walls. Hit each switch and the walls will lower, revealing all
the health, ammo, and weapons you could possibly want, having a Super Shotgun,
Chaingun, Rocket Launcher, and Plasma Gun, and there ammo for it. Once that is
done, look for an opening to the left of the pyramid. Once you see it, go
through it. In here, kill the Heavy Weapon Dude and hit the switch on the wall
hanging from the ceiling. Once you do that, leave this room. Back out here, go
into the pyramid and through the opening.

Now this looks like a real Egyptian level! Across from you is an opening.
Before going into the opening, kill the Imps to your left and right. Now, go
through the opening at the other end of this room. In here, drop down to the
floor below you. Down here, hit the switch on the wall and a staircase will be
created back to the opening, so head back up the stairs. Back in here, get to
the opening at the other end of the room. There are Arachnotrons to your left
and right, but they are not able to attack you yet. Facing the opening, turn
left and you will see an opening, so go through it. In here, head down the
stairs in front of you. At the bottom, go through the opening at the other end
of the room. In here, head down the stairs and you will get to a basement.

Down here there are pillars in this room. One of them on the higher floor has a
switch, so find that pillar. Once you find the switch, hit it. Now, before
leaving this room, kill all the Hell Knights and Revenants in here so they
won't annoy you later on. Now leave this room and head back up the stairs. Back
in here, head through the opening at the other end of the room. In here, head
up the stairs in front of you, killing all the Spectres in your way. At the
top, go through the opening in front of you. Back in this room, 2 of the
Arachnotrons have been released. Kill them and go through the new opening at
the other end of the room (from the opening you were just at). Over here there
is a staircase, so head up it. At the top, step through the teleporter in front
of you.

You will be teleported into a dark hallway with many twists and turns. Work
your way to the other side of the room and you should be able to see a lighter
room, killing all of the Spectres in your way. Once you can see the bright
room, go through it. In here, the Yellow Key will be to the right if you are
using the TNT31.WAD. If not, you're not using the patch. Pick up the Yellow Key
and leave this room. Back in here, follow this hallway to the teleporter. Once
you get to the teleporter, step back through it. Back out here, drop down to
the floor below you. Down here, two more Arachnotrons have been released, so
kill them. Now, go through the opening to your left. In here, drop down to the
floor below you. Down here, open the Yellow Door to your right and it will
reveal a switch, so hit it.

Once you hit the switch, turn around and head back up the stairs to your left.
Back up here, go through the opening at the other end of the room. In here,
walk straight and leave the pyramid. Back at the level's starting point, go
through the new teleporter in the southeast part of this room. You will be
teleported to another part of the level. In here, kill the Revenants on the
pool to your left and then head up the spiral staircase to your left. At the
top, kill all the Shotgun Guys and Mancubi. Once they are all dead, turn around
and face the pool with the Soulsphere on it. To the right is a switch on the
wall, so hit the switch. Now, once you hit the switch, back up and you will hit
a wall. Face the pool, and then RUN to it and you should get on it. On here,
get the Soulsphere and drop down to the floor below you.

Down here, go through the opening in the east part of this room. In here, turn
left and you will see a switch to your left. Hit it and then turn around. You
will see two more switches at the other end of the room. Before hitting them,
Archvilles will be released, so kill them before they cause trouble. Now, get
to both switches and hit them both. Once you do that, turn around and face the
opening. You will see a new pedestal to the right and left of the opening. Get
in front of either pedestal, and then hit the Spacebar on it. It will be
activated like a switch, so hit the Spacebar on the other pedestal to hit
another switch. Now leave this room. Back in here, head up the spiral staircase
at the other end of the room.

Up here, turn right and follow this pathway to an opening. When you get to an
opening, go through it. In here, drop down to the floor below you. Down here,
follow this hallway to a switch. When you get to a switch, hit it and turn
around. Follow this hallway until you stop at a wall. Now hit the switch to
your left and the floor you're on will rise. Back up here, drop down to the
floor to your left. Down here, turn left with the stairs to your back. Now, go
through the new opening to the left. In here, follow this long hallway until
you see a red torch on the wall. Once you get to the red torch, stop in front
of it and turn right. The wall in front of you is fake, so go through it and
get the hidden MegaArmor. Now leave this secret room.

Back in here, follow this hallway until you see a staircase to your right. Once
you see the staircase, head up it. At the top, walk forward and a pillar will
raise in front of you, revealing a Blue Key. To the right of that is another
wall lowering, which is a lift. Once it is done lowering, kill the Pain
Elementals across from you. Once them and the Lost Souls are all dead, save
your game. Now, hit the switch to your right and then turn left, facing the
lift. You'll notice part of the wall will lower and then raise, and that is the
lift. Hit the switch, RUN left to the lift, get on it, and ride it to the top.
Up here, turn left and you will be facing the platform with the Blue Key on it.
Run onto the platform and grab the Blue Key.

Now, drop down to the floor below you and RUN to the opening at the other end
of the room. Before you are able to leave the pyramid, and Archville will
teleport right in front of your face. Blast the hell out of it with a Plasma
Gun or a BFG, and when it's dead, turn around and kill the other Arch-vile
before it revives all of the Arachnotrons. Now, once both of them are dead,
leave the pyramid by going through the same opening. Back out here, open the
Blue Doors in the southwest corner of this room and they will reveal a
teleporter, so step through it. In this large room, kill all of the Mancubi.
After they are all dead, kill all of the Revenants on the higher platforms.
Once you do all of that, you will see a switch on a rectangular wall. Hit it
and it will lower, revealing ammo and health.

Grab all of what you see and then hit the switch on the other wall and it will
lower, revealing more health and ammo. Now, head up the stairs leading to the
building. At the top, open the door in front of you and go through it. In here,
hit the switch in front of you, and then leave this building. Back out here,
turn left and you will see a square wall lowering, revealing a pillar, stairs,
the Red Key, and Arachnotrons. Kill all of the Arachnotrons and then head up
the stairs around the pillar. At the top, get the Red Key. Now, face the easy
part of this room and you should see a pedestal rising revealing a switch. Hit
it and the walls surrounding you will lower, revealing Zombiemen and
Cacodemons. Kill all of them. Once they are all dead, face the pedestal with
the switch on it and turn right.

There is a wall to your left. Follow it until you get to a switch. Once you get
to a switch, hit it. Now, keep following this wall until you get to another
switch (if you don't see one, there should be a wall lowering revealing another
switch). Once you see the switch, hit it. Now, turn right and step through the
teleporter at the northeast part of this room. You'll be teleported back to the
level's starting point. Back in here, save your game and go into the pyramid
again. In here, there should be a platform across from you. If you're playing
on Ultra Violence, there should be a Cyberdemon on it. Try your best to ignore
it and then go through the opening at the other end of the room. In here, don't
open the Red Door yet. Instead, you will notice a chair to your left and right.
Remember these. Now, open the Red Door and it will reveal a switch.

Hit the switch and turn around. The chair in front of you has lowered,
revealing another switch. Hit it and turn left. A door will be opened, so go
through it. In here, go all the way straight to the staircase at the other end
of the room, and then head up it. At the top, the wall in front of you will
open, revealing a Megasphere. Pick it up and hit the switch in front of you.
Now turn around, go through the opening to your right, and hit the switch to
your right. Back in here, kill any Shotgun Guys teleporting in front of you,
and then go through the opening in front of you. In here, wait for the wall in
front of you to lower, and then head up the stairs in front of you. At the top,
walk straight and drop down to the water below you. Down here, you will see a
pit to your left. Now turn right you will see an arch surrounding a wall. This
wall is secret, so walk up to it and it will lower, revealing a room with a
load of Health and Armor Bonuses.

Collect all of them and then get to the wall at the other end of this room.
Press spacebar on it and it will lower, revealing a switch. Hit it and you will
be taken to the secret exit.

Now, before you enter the next level, you get a little story.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Time for a vacation. You've burst the bowels of Hell and by golly you're ready
for a break. You mutter to yourself, maybe someone else can kick Hell's ass
next time around. Ahead lies a quiet town, with peaceful flowing water, quaint
buildings, and presumably no Hellspawn. As you step off the transport, you hear
the stomp of a Cyberdemon's Iron Shoe.

Level 32: Carribean
-------------------

Once you start this long and boring level, hit the switch in front of you and
the floor you're on will lower onto a walkway. On here, get the Shotgun and the
Boxes of Shotgun Shells next to you. Now follow either pathway until you get to
another pathway. Once you get to the other pathway, cross it. At the end,
you'll notice there is a piece of wood designed slightly different from all the
others. This is a door, so open it and go through it. In here, kill the Heavy
Weapon Dudes to your left and right. Now head straight and you'll see an
opening to your right and left. Go left and you'll stop at a wall. QUICKLY turn
around and you'll see a wall lower to your right. A Baron of Hell will come out
of it, but ignore it and GET THE SOULSPHERE IN THE ROOM THAT LOWERED. If not,
there's no way to lower it again.

Anyway, go back to the door, and this time take the opening to the right. In
here, head straight and you'll see a staircase to your left, so head up it. At
the top, follow this hallway until you get to a bigger room. There is a
Soulsphere in the middle of the room. It can be lowered, but save it for later.
Instead, go through the opening across from you. In here, pick up the Rocket
Launcher and hit the switch. The wall in front of you will lower, so kill all
of the Shotgun Guys teleporting into this room. The Soulsphere has now lowered,
so if the Shotgun Guys roughed you up big time, now's the time to get it. Go
back to the switch you just hit. Hit the switch on the OTHER SIDE of this
switch. A lift to your left and right will lower. Get on either one and ride it
to the top. Kill the Heavy Weapon Dude at the top and hit the switch. Now drop
back down to the floor, hit the switch, and go on the other lowered lift. Kill
the Heavy Weapon Dude up here and hit the switch.

Once you have hit both switches, drop down to the floor below you. Down here,
head left/right (depending on which lift you came down from) and go straight to
the other end of the room. Over here is an opening, so go through it. Back in
here, follow this hallway back to the staircase, killing the Zombiemen, Demons,
and Revenants that have appeared. Once you get back to the staircase, head down
it. Down here, kill all of the Revenants next to you and then pick up the Blue
Key and all of the goodies around it. Once you have the Blue Key, go through
the opening next to you (the one with the gray walls). In here, kill all of the
Shotgun Guys in front of you and head down the stairs. At the bottom, go
through the opening to your right. In here, pick up the Plasma Gun and the
Yellow Key and the floor you're on will lower. Down here, walk forward and
destroy all of the other barrels so you won't get killed. This should kill the
Arachnotron and Arch-vile in this room as well.

When they are both dead, lower the lift at the other side of this room, get on
it, and ride it to the top. Up here, drop down to the water below you. Down
here, go all the way right and you'll get to the Blue Door. To open this door,
hit the switch next to the door and it will open, so go through it. In here,
get the Box of Rockets, hit the switch, and then leave this room. Back out
here, a pathway will be rising in front of you. To get to it, head up the
stairs to the left to get back on this pathway. Now turn right and follow this
pathway until you get to it, watching out for the Shotgun Guys and Heavy Weapon
Dudes that teleport into here. Once you get to the pathway, cross it. At the
end of the pathway, a door will open to your right, revealing Mancubi, so kill
all of them. Now go to where the door opened and hit the switch in that area.
This switch opens a door to the left, so go through it.

In here, kill the Pain Elementals and then drop down to the floor to your
right. Down here, open the door in this pit and go through it. In here, follow
the left hand wall until you get to a bigger room. Once you get to a bigger
room, kill the Heavy Weapon Dudes and hit the switch in this room. Now leave
this room. Back in here, follow the right hand wall until you get to a set of
barrels. Next to the barrels is an opening to the right, so go through it. In
here, walk right and the wall in front of you will open, revealing a Baron of
Hell and a Spectre. Kill them both and hit the switch on the wall. Now leave
this room. Back in here, follow the left hand wall until you get to another
opening. In this opening is an Arch-vile, Spectres, and Heavy Weapon Dudes.
Kill all of them and go into the opening. In here, hit the switch and then
leave this room. Back in here, open the door to your right. Yay! We finally got
the hell out of there!

Back in this room, head up the stairs in front of you. At the top, drop down to
the floor below you. Down here, go through the opened door. In here, follow the
pathway to another big room. In here, kill the Hell Knights, Revenants, Heavy
Weapon Dudes, and the Mancubus. Once they're all dead, hit the switch and then
get back on the pathway. Back on here, you'll notice a wall lowering with the
Red Key on it. Pick up the Red Key, kill the Imps and Pain Elementals, and then
leave this room. Back in here, head up the stairs in front of you. At the top,
head right and leave this room. Back out here, turn left or right and follow
the pathway until you get to a Red Door. Once you get to the Red Door, open it
and go through it. Out here, head up the stairs across from you. At the top,
look forward and you'll see two openings. Go through either opening and head up
the stairs. At the top, go straight and hit the switch on the wall next to you.
Now head down either staircase and go back through the opening.

Back out here, a wall has lowered, revealing a Cyberdemon (or Spider Mastermind
on easier skill levels), Hell Knights, Revenants, and Mancubi. Kill all of them
and then go into the new opening. You'll see a demon face on the wall to the
left. Kill the Arch-vile behind it before it pisses you off. Now leave this
room and go back outside. Back out here, drop down into the pit below you. This
is an annoying part. You'll see a silver teleporter and a red teleporter. Step
through the silver one first. When you teleport, hit the switch next to you and
step back into the teleporter next to you. Now hit the switch next to the red
teleporter and step through the red teleporter. If you were quick enough,
you'll see the exit switch, otherwise both doors will shut. If not, you'll need
to hit both switches to open both doors. Once you are quick enough, go into the
opening and hit the exit switch.

FINALLY I AM DONE WITH THAT LEVEL, I THOUGHT I WOULD NEVER FINISH IT!

Level 16: Deepest Reaches
-------------------------

Once you start this level, kill the Imp and the Shotgun Guy in front of you.
Now open the door in front of you and go through it. Out here, kill the Imps,
Shotgun Guys, Heavy Weapon Dudes, and the Cacodemons in front of you. Once they
are all dead, turn left, with the pit to your right. If you look left, you
should see one wall brighter than all of the others. This is a hidden door, so
open it and go through it. Get the Box of Bullets in this secret area and then
turn around. See the pit across from you? Use all of the platforms to RUN
across the pit. At the end of the pit, get the Super Shotgun, and then go
through the opening in front of you. In here, kill the Demons and the Shotgun
Guy. You'll notice a door to your right and your left. Open the door to the
right first and go through it. In here, head up the stairs in front of you. At
the top, go through that opening leading to a box shaped structure to your
right.

In here, pick up the Box of Rockets and the Medikit. You'll also notice a blue
switch on the wall, so hit this switch. Now head left and head up the stairs to
a higher platform. At the top, kill the Mancubus, Shotgun Guys, Revenant,
Zombiemen, Imps, and the Heavy Weapon Dudes. Once they are all dead, search
this area for a switch. Once you find the switch, hit it. Now head right and
follow this pathway until you stop at a pedestal. On this pedestal is a Rocket
Launcher/BFG, depending on whatever skill level you're playing on. Pick it up
and drop down to the floor to your right. Down here, head left and go through
the opening across from you. In here, head down the stairs in front of you,
killing the Heavy Weapon Dude. Down here, go through the opening to your left.
In here, head down the stairs in front of you. At the bottom, kill the
Mancubus, Imps, and Shotgun Guys. Once they are all dead, follow the right hand
wall to a teleporter. Once you get to a teleporter, step through it.

When you teleport, you'll see a Blue Key in front of you, so pick it up. Now
here's a trick that can be easily overlooked. When you teleport into this room,
there is a teleporter still behind you. Just back up into it to be teleported,
and you will be taken near the pit at the start of the level. This saves a lot
of time and is much better than backtracking, so step through this teleporter.
Once you teleport, open the door directly in front of you and go through it. In
here, walk straight to the other end of the room and the floor you're on will
lower. Down here, you'll see a switch to your right. Hit this switch to open
the door next to you, and then go through it. In here, head down the staircase
to the left. At the bottom, kill the Imps, Cacodemons, Lost Souls, and Hell
Knights. Once they are all dead, open the Blue Door in this area and go through
it. In here, head up the stairs in front of you. At the top, turn left and go
through the opening to your left. In here, kill all of the Zombiemen and Imps.
Once they are all dead, go through the opening across from you.

In here, follow the right hand wall, but notice carefully at the walls. When
you get to a pink wall that is designed differently from the red walls, you'll
know it's a lift, so lower it, get on it, and ride it to the top. Up here, turn
right and follow the left hand wall until you get to the Yellow Key, killing
the Demons and the Shotgun Guys up here. Once you get to the Yellow Key, pick
it up. Now turn back around, get back to the lift, and drop back down to the
floor below you. Back down here, turn right and follow the left hand wall to an
opening. Once you get to it, go through it. Back in here, go through the
opening across from you and you'll be outside again. Back out here, head right
and head down the stairs across from you. At the bottom, open the door in front
of you and go through it. In here, head up the stairs to your right. At the
top, you'll get to the door, so open it and go through it. In here, hit the
switch to the right to lower the lift, get on it, and ride it back to the top.
Back up here, open the door across from you and go through it.

Now you're near the starting area again (near the pit). Open the door to your
left and go through it. Back in this room, head up the stairs. At the top, go
through the opening to your left and head down the stairs. Down here, go
through the opening to your left and head down the stairs. At the bottom, head
straight and then turn left. You'll get to the Yellow Door, so open it and go
through it. In here, head down the stairs to your right. Down here, use either
walkway to get to the door at the other end of the room, killing the Shotgun
Guys and Imps on this walkway. Once you get to the other end of this room, open
the door and go through it. In here, step through the teleporter. When you
teleport, hit the switch in front of you and stairs will be created to your
left so head down them and get the Box of Shotgun Shells. Down here, hit the
exit switch.

Level 17: Processing Area
-------------------------

Before you start this level, turn around and you'll see a door. Open it and
pick up the Invisibility Sphere. Now turn back around and kill the two Shotgun
Guys. Once they are both dead, open the big door out here and go through it. In
here, go through the opening to the right, killing the Imps and Shotgun Guys in
this room. In here, go all the way straight until you see a staircase to your
left, killing the Imps in this hallway. Once you see the staircase, head up it.
At the top, kill the Heavy Weapon Dudes, get the Box of Bullets, and then pick
up the Yellow Key. Once you have the Yellow Key, head back down the same
staircase you used to get to this room. Back down here, open the Yellow Door in
front of you and go through it. In here, follow this walkway to another door,
killing the Shotgun Guys and the Arch-vile in this area. Once you get to a
door, open it and go through it. In here, kill the two Revenants and then hit
the switch to the left. Now once you hit the switch, leave this room. Back in
this room, use the new pathway to get to the Blue Key in the center of the
room.

Once you have the Blue Key, turn around and open the door to your right. Now go
through it. Back in this hallway, go all the way left until you see a staircase
to your right. Once you see the staircase, head up it. At the top, go through
the opening in front of you. In here, open the Blue Door in front of you and go
through it. In here, head up either staircase in front of you. At the top, grab
all of the ammo, kill the Shotgun Guys, and then pick up the Red Key at the end
of this room. Once you have the Red Key, turn around and QUICKLY leave this
room before all sorts of enemies start teleporting into this room. If they give
you enough of a problem, just grab the Invincibility Sphere next to where the
Red Key was. Once you leave this room, you'll see a staircase to your left or
right. Choose the right staircase, but just go halfway down the staircase. See
the wall on your left? Get next to it and hold up, and you SHOULD BE ABLE to
get onto that ledge. Once you get onto it, turn left.

You'll see a MegaArmor on a pillar. RUN to this pillar. To get the MegaArmor,
press the Spacebar to lower the first platform, and then hit the Spacebar again
to lower the pillar with the MegaArmor. Now pick it up and turn right, where
you'll see the door. Walk up to the door and turn right. Now you should see a
set of Red Bars across from you. Go up to them, killing the Heavy Weapon Dude.
Now once you get to the Red Bars, press the Spacebar on them and they will be
removed, revealing the exit switch, so hit it.

Level 18: Mill
--------------

Once you start this level, drop down to the floor in front of you. Down here,
open the door in front of you and go through it. In this hallway, kill all of
the Shotgun Guys in front of you. Once they are all dead, go straight until you
see a staircase to your right. Once you see the staircase, head down it. Down
here, kill all of the Arachnotrons and Pain Elementals on this floor, and then
kill the Shotgun Guys on the higher platforms in this room. Once they are all
dead, collect the Medikits in this pit, and then head up the stairs in the east
part of this room. At the top, follow the pathway into an opening. Once you get
to the opening, go through it. In here, kill the Zombieman, get the Box of
Rockets and then hit the switch in this room. Now leave this room. Back out
here, drop down to the floor below you. Down here, go into the new opening to
the right. The 4 doors leading to this building will all shut. Hit the switch
in this room and an Arch-vile will teleport, so kill it.

Now with the switch hit and the Arch-vile is dead now, notice the wall lowering
in the southeastern corner of this room. Wait for it to lower completely. Once
it has lowered, step onto it and you will be teleported onto the Blue Key. Pick
up the Blue Key and then drop down into the pit below you. Back down here, head
up the stairs in the middle of the room to exit this room. Back up here, turn
left and you'll see an opening to the left of the door across from you, so go
into this opening. In here, follow this hallway until you see a staircase to
your left, killing the Spectres in this hallway. Once you see the staircase,
head up it. At the top, get the Box of Shotgun Shells and then head down the
stairs in front of you. In this room, kill the Barons of Hell and the Revenants
in this room. Once they are all dead, open the door to your right and go
through it. In here, kill the Arch-vile and then hit the switch in front of
you. This will open a door to your right, so go through it. Hit the switch at
the end of this hallway. Now turn back around and leave this room.

Back in this area, you can now get the Red Key across from you, so pick it up.
Once you have the Red Key, head up the staircase in this room. At the top, head
down the staircase in front of you. Back down here, turn right and follow this
hallway until you see an opening to your right. Once you see the opening, go
through it. In here, open the Red Door in front of you and go through it. In
here, head straight to the other end of this room. At the end of the room is a
switch. Hit this switch and a number of lifts will lower in this room. The lift
you need to go on is the one on the wall to your right. Get on this lift and
ride it to the top. Up here, go through the opening across from you. In this
room, turn left and go through the opening to the left. In here, hit the switch
and it will lower a lift behind you. Kill the Barons of Hell on the lift, get
on it, and then ride it to the top. Up here, hit the switch in front of you.
Now drop back down to the floor below you.

Down here, head all the way straight to the end of this hallway. When you stop
at a wall, hit the switch in this area and a lift behind you will lower. Kill
the Barons of Hell, get on the lift, and ride it to the top. Up here, hit the
switch to your left and then turn back around. Now drop down to the floor below
you. Back down here, open the Blue Door to your right and go through it. In
here, open the Blue Door across from you and go through it. On this side of the
hallway, go through the opening across from you. In here, lower the lift, get
on it, and ride it to the top. Now turn around and face the opening in this
room. You'll see a face on the wall to the left and right. Take out a
Pistol/either Shotgun or a Chaingun and SHOOT the face on your left. This will
cause the platform you're on to rise. Up here, hit the switch. Now turn around
and drop back down to the floor below you. Down here, go through the opening
across from you. Back in this hallway, head right and you'll stop at a lift.

Lower this lift, but do not get on it. Instead, hit the switch to the left
before the bars rise and block the switch (in that case just lower the lift
again). Once you have this switch hit, head left and go through the opening to
your right. In this room, hit all 4 switches on the pillar in the center of the
room (if bars are blocking a switch, look back in this area for a switch you
haven't hit). Once you have all switches hit, go through the opening in the
east part of this room. In this hallway, go through the opening in front of
you. In here, walk straight until you see the Yellow Key to your left. Once you
see the Yellow Key, pick it up. Now continue straight into a small opening, and
then go through it. The floor you're on will lower, and you'll be near the Red
Door. Down here, kill the Demon and go through the op
